What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club credit cards. We do not accept PayPal. For monthly billing, a credit card and recurring billing is required. For payments for a year in advance, we can take a purchase order (or credit card). Contact us at sales@leankitkanban.com for more information.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You can start the trial without ever entering credit card information. If you decide not to continue, the account will be suspended after 30 days. If you want to subscribe, contact us at sales@leankitkanban.com.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
You can convert your free account into a 30 day trial for a paid account, yes. However, because of the additional features enabled in that process, you can't go back to a free account after the trial period is up.
Do you offer discounts?
Absolutely! We have volume discounts for organizations with 100 or more users. Non-profit organizations, including universities, receive a 25% discount. And we provide our Professional Edition free of charge for student groups using kanban for academic projects. Contact us at sales@leankitkanban.com for more information.
What's a "Board Viewer" account?
