For the first 90 days, we'll spend time on the phone/skype/webmeeting with you, providing training and coaching to help get you started. This can include webinars to help train your team, analyzing your Kanban System design, helping you master the metrics and analytics collected in LeanKit, and more.

After your initial ramp up, your named consultant from LeanKit or one of our international partner organizations will regularly spend time on the phone/skype/webmeeting with you, coaching and advising you as you grow and mature your Kanban System. This can include training on advanced Kanban concepts, analysis of your Kanban System design, helping you understand and master metrics and analytics, and simply answering your questions on a regular basis.
No, it defenitely does not mean that. We will be happy to answer any questions you have via phone or email. Ask our current customers, and they'll tell you that we're very generous and responsive when answering questions about the product and about Lean and Kanban practices. If it turns out to be a situation where longer-term coaching is required, we will refer you to our professional services department. But please don't ever hesitate to just send us an email or give us a call if you have questions.
